5 Questions for Your Potential Business Internet Service Provider

Before you commit to something as serious as your telecommunications needs, you need to make sure you're getting the very best service.  The best business internet service providers will have all the right answers to these 5 questions:

1.  "Am I getting good bang for my buck?"

A good business internet service provider understands that there is a ton of competition out there -- which is why they'll be happy to tell you how their service blows everyone else's out of the water!  Instead of listening to your potential provider ramble on about great prices, make sure those prices come with awesome service.  The last thing you need is cheap service that's cheap on benefits! 

2.  "Will you give me the equipment I need?"

If the answer to this isn't a resounding "yes", keep looking!  A great business internet service provider will do just that -- provide you with everything you need to take full advantage of your new technology.  That includes giving you all of the necessary equipment and installing it for you.

3.  "Can I change my bandwidth later?"

The biggest mistake you can make is to assume that your SLA is "any ol' fine print".  After all, it explains exactly how your provider is going to treat you -- and that's a very big deal!
